This is a good French walnut chest of drawers, circa 1900. It is a lovely size for use as an everyday bedroom piece, or it will stand well in a dining room as a server too. The original marble top is in top condition and is recessed into a solid walnut moulding. The chest fluted panels to the sides and beaded drawers. Being late C19th and French, this chest is no stranger to wood worm. However, it is long since gone but we have fully treated it anyway. A great piece, decorative and functional.

This is another French walnut chest of drawers with its original marble top in good original condition. Similar in style and age to the other chest we have, but this piece has a turned and fluted half column at the sides and light carving to the top drawer. The size is also similar, so if you were looking for a "near" pair, then look no further! Great as a bedroom piece, or a decorative feature piece in a hall for example.

very unusual and very good quality Georgian linen press. Beautifully made with the matched grain to the door panels, the beading and internally rather than there being slides, this has ALWAYS open shelves and hanging - it has not been altered. The piece splits in two so very easy to move and get upstairs! This is ideal for hanging shirts / trousers etc in the top and the drawers below are all a good size. Circa 1780. a7092 Secretaire Chest

Certainly one of the best quality Secretaire chests we have seen in a long time. Beautiful flamed mahogany veneers used on a solid oak ( no worries of cracking etc ), internally there is birds eye maple and the pierced fretwork style carving to the drop front top drawer is a lovely touch. The original green embossed leather is there, but has torn - this can be easily changed, but you may also want to keep it original so we have left it as is. The marble top is also original and has been well polished over the years. Overall, this is a very good qualoty piece, in excellent condition and a great stand alone piece that is very useable for laptop use etc. Price shown is for the secretaire only! Other pieces available if you are interested.

This reclaimed pine top table has been made in our own workshops, using a lovely old 3 planked door which we have framed to get up to the 3` width. The base of the table is a simple painted square leg which we can paint in any colour you like. This is a "one off" table so when this goes, that`s it and this is great value!
